"Skeet" "is actually a form of birth control practiced by the African-American tribes of North America near the beginning of the 21st Centruy. Visionaries of the time (such as Lil Jon and Nelly) recognized the inevitable and everpresent danger of overpopulation in their land and decided to take action. They discovered an ancient form of birth control used by their ancestors that involved "pulling out and shooting" (much like skeet shooting) during sexual intercourse, as to not impregnate the female, or "biatch". The visionaries spread the word the only way they knew how: rap music. People would listen to the songs of the visionaries during ritual smoking ceremonies and chant "skeet skeet skeet!". Every tribe of their kind in the land listened to rap music and the idea of skeeting quickly gained in popularity. Soon, the entire African-American tribe had done its part to offset the effects of overpopulation through generations of skeeting on the women that they did not wish to impregnate. However, the other tribes of the land (most notabley, the Whites and Mexicans) did not support the "Skeet Movement". They continued to grow in number until the Whites eventually ate the Mexicans."
This weeks accolades belong to the "Worlds Best Footballer" as of 2008! If you haven't heard about him check the video, but Cristiano Ronaldo is an artistic mastermind when it comes to football. Various step-overs along with blistering speed makes Ronaldo an ideal champion for this weeks award. Ronaldo plays the wing position for both Manchester United (club team) and Portugal (national team) and sets the bar when it comes to wingers in the world of football. At only 23 years of age, he has already been named Footballer of the year (2007-2008), Young Footballer of the Year (2006-2007, 2007-2008), English Premier League Footballer of the year (2006-2007) Fans Player of the Year (2006-2007, 2007-2008) UEFA Club Forward of the year (2007-2008) and awarded with both the Golden Boot and the Golden Shoe! Along with scoring 42 goals in 49 appearances (which is an amazing feet from a mid-fielder) we have a lot to look forward to from young Ronaldo. He just returned from injury to resume play for Man U, so be on the look out for number 7 this 2008-09 season! _Jazz F-ING SICK!!!!!
MY FAVORITE MOVIE OF ALL TIME! I wish parties like this still existed. No fights, no mean mugs...NO GUNS! I think the late 80's through the 90's were the best times to party. If I was 21 then, Kid n Play wouldn't have anything on Stevie EZ lol. Enjoy!
A clip from one of my favorite movies "Goal", but I want you to pay attention to the song in the background. The group is called "Oasis", and this particular scene caught my attention so I had to share it. The clip is barely two minutes long, but I would like you to pay attention to the lyrics and let your mind wonder....
Here's a thought for every man Who tries to understand what is in his hands He walks along the open road of Love & Life surviving if he can
Bound with all the weight of all the words he tried to say Chained to all the places that he never wished to say Bound with all the weight of all the words he tried to say and as he faced the sun he cast no shadow
As they took his soul they stole his pride As they took his soul they stole his pride Oasis- Casts No Shadow
It took two albums to make me a believer, but Mr. Fiasco earns top honors being crowned, "Artist of the Week" to kick off October! Food and Liquor was just the beginning in my eyes, as he touched on topics in a colorful, yet purposeful manner. But it was "The Cool", the solidified his artistic abilities, bringing something completely unheard of to the Hip Hop world. An album with characters, a plot and a conclusion, yea like a movie! How often do you have an album drop, with a title, and the title has absolutely nothing to do with the albums content? That's a reoccurring theme with albums of late, which makes "The Cool" a breath of fresh air. Now if you haven't heard his album, you are really missing out on something special. Though the promotion was lackluster, it was easily competitive with other albums that released that quarter, content wise. Especially since his album dropped after Kanye West/ 50 Cents big week AND Jay-z's "American Gangster", but neither one of those albums can compare with the art Lupe has expressed in tracks like "The Coolest", "Streets are on Fire" and "Put you on Game". Nonetheless, the kid has skill, and "The Cool" is his arena to prove it. This track is called "The Coolest", check the Shakespeare style delivery and I beg you to differ. _Jazz
The most intriguing minute in your day lies in this short clip from my favorite movie the "Waking Life". Whats mankind's biggest weakness, fear or laziness? I would have to agree with both myself, but passion overcomes both of these circumstances. What do you think?
