The former Fugees rapper turned solo artist who moved to America as a teenager, said the sight that greeted him following Tuesday’s 7.0-magnitude earthquake was akin to “an apocalypse” and implored the world to pledge money to help the victims.
After spending Thursday removing corpses from collapsed buildings in the capital of Port-Au-Prince, the visibly shaken rapper told Fox News that he doubted estimates that 100,000 people were trapped beneath collapsed buildings and put the figure higher."
